ed to provide you with comprehensive, customized care for your Innovative Air Technologies dehumidifier. Whether you opt for our DryGuard Standard, DryGuard Premium, or keep an eye out for the upcoming DryGuard Ultimate package, our goal is to deliver world class service and support.

DryGuard Standard
The DryGuard Standard package is designed for customers who seek routine, dependable maintenance to keep their systems running smoothly. This package includes two scheduled maintenance visits per year, performed by IAT Field Service Technicians. These visits are typically planned approximately every six months, but we offer flexibility in scheduling to accommodate your operational needs or production schedules.
Included:
1. Scheduled Maintenance Visits:
Each service visit includes up to eight hours of on-site technician time. During these visits, the technician will perform a thorough inspection and maintenance routine. To minimize disruptions to your production, our Field Service Manager will work closely with you to coordinate the service schedule.
2. General Inspection:
The general inspection ensures your unit maintains optimal performance by inspecting and maintaining key components, including access panels, drain pans, and motors. We’ll also check for air leaks, align components, and perform a light cleaning of the desiccant rotor wheel.
3. Electrical Inspection:
Safety is our top priority during electrical inspections, where we de-energize the unit to check and tighten connections, examine breakers, and inspect power leads. After re-energizing, we'll confirm proper power-up, system voltage, motor amperage draw, and the functionality of the HMI.
4. Air Performance Evaluation:
This evaluation involves a thorough inspection of both the process and react air systems. We assess the connected ductwork, dampers, process and react fans, and air flows. The technician will check that required temperatures are achieved and make any necessary adjustments.
5. Inspect & Change Air Filters:
Air filters are essential for maintaining system efficiency. During each visit, filters will be inspected and replaced if needed. Customers should supply their own filters, or if new filters are required, they can be purchased and shipped to the site in advance.
6. Inspection Reports:
After each service visit, you will receive a detailed inspection report. This report includes any recommendations for parts or additional services required to keep your unit running at its best. Reports, service recommendations, and parts estimates are sent via email to the designated customer contact.
7. Unit-Side Training:
We offer general on-site training for your associates or technicians during the visit. This training covers maintenance procedures, proper usage, settings, basic adjustments, and component repair and replacement.
DryGuard Premium
The DryGuard Premium package offers enhanced benefits over the Standard package. This package includes everything from the DryGuard Standard plan plus several key enhancements.
Included:
1. Additional Annual Visit:
The Premium package provides three scheduled maintenance visits per year, as opposed to two. These visits are spaced approximately four months apart and are customizable to fit your needs.
2. Enhanced Cleaning:
An annual deep cleaning of the desiccant rotor wheel is included to extend its performance life. Some restrictions may apply based on the unit’s location and weather conditions.
3. Paint and Preservation:
The Premium package includes exterior paint touch-up services to address minor issues such as small scratches and rust spots.
4. Discount on Parts:
Customers receive a 15% discount on parts.
